Reginald Bowser Exits as CEO of RolloverSystems

Robert L. Johnson, Chairman of financial firm RolloverSystems, Inc., and CEO & Chairman of The RLJ Companies, the largest shareholder in RolloverSystems, announced that Reginald Bowser, Founder and CEO of RolloverSystems Inc. is leaving the company effective immediately.

"We appreciate Reggie's dedication to RolloverSystems. Reggie founded and built RolloverSystems into the number one company for 401(k) rollovers and he remains passionate about the continued success of the company and its long term potential," stated Robert L. Johnson.

The circumstances surrounding Bowser’s departure remain unclear. Bowser has been asked to remain on the board and is still a major stockholder in the company.

Lisa Pickrum, EVP & Chief Operating Officer of The RLJ Companies, and a member of the Board of Directors of RolloverSystems, will serve as acting CEO until a new CEO is chosen.

RolloverSystems provides outsourced retirement plan rollover and distribution services, using a proprietary technology for the rollover of 401k retirement plans. It was recently awarded a patent for its process.
