DMX's Harlem Townhouse Sold at Auction

DMX's Harlem townhouse was auctioned to pay off a $281,000 judgment against him for failing to promote a line of dogwear.

DMX's Harlem townhouse was sold last Wednesday for $120 000 at a sheriff's auction.

The townhouse was put on the block to pay a judgment agaist DMX for failing to promote a line of dogware.

The lucky buyer of this lovely townhome will take over whatever mortgage (there appears to be at least one for $400K), takes due, and any other liens or encumberances, which presumably includes various mechanics liens for unpaid partial renovations. So, the $120K is paying only for the remaining equity value net of liens.
