Oprah Winfrey to Auction Mercedes, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce at Pebble Beach Auction

If you have a few $100 000 burning a hole in your pocket and your not quite sure what to do with it why not head over to the Pebble Beach Auction and place a bid on one or all three of the lovely classic automobiles Ms. Oprah Winfrey will be selling to raise money for her charitable interest.

As part of Monterey Auto Week, Ms.Winfrey has chosen to sell her 1954 Mercedes-Benz Gullwing (originally owned by the DuPont family), 1988 Rolls-Royce Corniche II Convertible (given to Winfrey by her long-time friend and actor, John Travolta) and 1997 Aston Martin DB7 Volante.

The auction scheduled for August 16-17 at 6 p.m in Monterey, will benefit the annual Arts and Culture Workshop at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa.
