Barry Diller's IAC has launched a new Ask.com powered search engine targeting African-Americans.

Community Connect, which owns social networks BlackPlanet, MiGente, and AsianAvenue, is reported to be in "serious negotiations" to sell itself.

IAC announced today that it will launch an online destination for the Black community featuring topical content, relevant services and a platform for community interaction.
