ALL ACHIEVEMENT, ALL EARNED RICHES, HAVE THEIR BEGINNING IN AN IDEA!

Investing with little or no risk to your capital. Marques Scott of Bringing Common-sense to Investing Inc. tells us how.

With the investment landscape being so unfriendly to the investor, what is a small investor to do? As someone who works hard for my money and with take home income not going as far as it once did. It becomes really important for me to secure what little money I've managed to save. It was with this in mind that I recently sat down with Marques Scott of Bringing Common-sense to Investing Inc. (BCI) a Toronto based investment firm to discuss their unique method of investing.

UH - Can you describe for us, the key to your investment philosophy and how it differs from the status quo?

MS - The key component to our investment philosophy is that the investors should not risk all of their money and should always make money, no matter what. If any money is lost, it should be that of the Company for not doing their job properly, NOT THE INVESTOR. That differs from the status quo because they feel that the investor should take all the risks and that the company should always make money, no matter what.

UH - How does your company make money?

MS - Our Company makes money the right way we earn it. After we have paid our clients their Guaranteed Minimum Annual Return on Investment, we then take the next 2% - 3% as our fees and the investors gets all that is remaining. For example if you had 14% returns for the year, with a 9.50% minimum guarantee. The investor gets 9.50%, we get the next 2% and the investor gets the remaining 2.50%. The investor has earned 12% for the year.

UH - As a small investor who has very limited investing experience how can your company help me?
