Forbes Magazine has released its first ever ranking of the world's most powerful women. Out of 100 listings there were only 3 black women.

Forbes Magazine has released its first annual list of the most powerful women in the world. Condoleezza Rice - National Security Adviser, Bush Administration #1, Oprah Winfrey - Television host, media billionaire #62, Luisa Diogo - Prime Minister of Mozambique #73.
