Magic Johnson To Build $171 Million Condo In Little Havana

Magic Johnson is expected to go before the Miami city commission to receive approval for a $171 million condominium project in Miami's Little Havana.

Johnson plans to build a two-tower, 19-story development called Intown Village. The development would consist of 395 condos price from $200,000 to $400,000 and 34,000 feet of commercial retail space.

Developers of Intown Village are Miami-based mFm Construction along with equity partner the Canyon-Johnson Urban Fund.

The Canyon-Johnson Urban Fund is a joint venture between Johnson and Canyon Capital Reality Advisors.
