Honeywell International Acquires Dimensions International, Inc.

Dimensions International, Inc. (No. 24 on the 2007 BE 100s Industrial/ Service list with $187 million in sales), today announced that Honeywell International has signed a stock purchase agreement to acquire DI for $230 million.

In addition, WC Holding, Inc., owned by Russell T. Wright former chairman and CEO of Dimensions International, Inc., and Darrell L. Crapps, former legal counsel and executive vice president of DI, has announced the purchase of SENTEL Corporation from DI.

SENTEL Corporation provides mission critical support to DOD, NASA, FAA and other government agencies. It has been an integral part of the development of integrated chemical and biological agent detection systems as part of the Department of Defense's Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD) and system production teams. Working with the NAVAL Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) and the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD), SENTEL has performed hardware and software design, development and integration for the nation's leading biological/chemical agent detection system.

Darrell Crapps, who will lead SENTEL Corporation as president & CEO, said "SENTEL will continue to provide superior products and services to our clients. I am committed to preserving the level of excellence that is synonymous with SENTEL's brand, while promoting and advancing our presence in both the government and private sectors."
