Condoleezza Rice is again the world's most powerful black woman according to Forbes magazine's The 100 Most Powerful Women list.

Condoleezza Rice, is the seventh most powerful woman and most powerful black woman in the world according to Forbes magazine's annual ranking of The 100 Most Powerful Women in the world. This will most likely be the last year that Ms. Rice will be included on the list before the Bush administration leaves office.

Risa Lavizzo-Mourey, Chief Executive and President, The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is No. 22 on the list. The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is the largest health care foundation in the U.S. A practicing physician, Lavizzo-Mourey continues to treat patients at a community health clinic in New Brunswick, N.J.

Billionaire media queen, Oprah Winfrey who ranked No.21 last year is the No.36 this year. Ms. Winfrey will debut the Oprah Winfrey Network with Discovery Communications next year; has a three-year, $55 million deal with XM Satellite Radio.

Ursula Burns, No.55, President, Xerox heads the research, product development, manufacturing and marketing operations. Also responsible for environmental operations. An engineer, started as a Xerox summer intern 28 years ago. Sits on numerous boards, including American Express, MIT and the University of Rochester.

Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, Africa's first female president, holds the No. 66 position up from No. 100 last year.
