Luke Entertainment Group Issues Corporate Update

Luke Entertainment Group ("LEG" or the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: LKEN) is pleased to share its Corporate Update.

As one part of the multi-faceted entertainment company, Luke Entertainment Group's mission is to embrace emerging technologies such as the iPod, video phones, ringtones, downloadable web content, and increasingly popular online social networking platforms similar to that of MySpace.com and YouTube.com to create a profitable content creation and entertainment company.

Since becoming publicly traded, Luke Entertainment Group has been working closely with mobile technology industry leaders to build the infrastructure that will enable the Company to deliver its exclusive content to users. The Company recently signed a service agreement with 3Cinteractive (as announced on Feb. 13th) to manage its mobile marketing efforts. 3Ci will create a bridge between the Company's www.UncleLuke.tv entertainment portal and users' mobile devices, enabling the distribution of LEG's content to consumers anywhere, at anytime.

In addition to offering standard mobile content, such as ringtones and text-to-screen applications, LEG will integrate newer technologies that will enable streaming video to mobile devices. The Company aims to finalize several other agreements with respect to delivering Luke Entertainment Group's content to mobile users fairly soon, thus completing the infrastructure required to sell content, and catapult the Company from Research & Development stage to generating revenues.

Another part of Luke Entertainment Group will focus on Luther Campbell's roots as a music industry executive producer. Mr. Campbell has collected and arsenal of music from major and emerging artists, which will be available both mobile and online through LEG's portals. LEG anticipates announcing several new deals with music artists, bringing yet another revenue stream to the Company through the artist management department.

After the first four months of operation as a publicly traded company, Luke Entertainment Group has redefined the roles of its executives. Moving forward, Luther Campbell will serve as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Creative Officer. Victor Nappe will now be at the helm of technical operations as LEG's Chief Technology Officer.
